Eran Cohen, Chief Executive Officer
Eran cohen has over 13 years of experience in the computing industry. Prior to co-founding B&C Advanced Solutions LTD, Mr. Cohen skillfully lead several large-scale client-server projects which are extensively used throughout the world today. During his time in iWeb LTD, Mr. Cohen served as a senior web-application developer. He then served as a consultant and project leader for Computest LTD. Mr. Cohen then served as the head of the e-payment backoffice system at Random-Logic LTD. Mr. Cohen completed his military service at the Israeli Air-Force as a computer-systems expert. He holds a double-major BA in Computer Science and Business Administration from the Open University of Israel.

Ariel Berkman, Chief Technical Officer
Ariel Berkman has over 15 years of experience in the computing industry. Prior to co-founding B&C Advanced Solutions LTD, Mr. Berkman had extensive experience consulting and implementing complex systems with emphasis on reliability, availability, and security. During his time in Contact- NOW LTD, Ariel served as a senior Unix system-administrator. At Envara LTD (acquired by Intel), Ariel served as a the head of the IT department. He then served as a technology consultant for Metacafe LTD and the Computer- Science IT department at the University of Illinois in Chicago. Mr. Berkman completed his military service in the elite Electronic Research and Development Department of the Israeli Ministry of Defense with an excellence award. He holds a BSc, Summa Cum Laude, with highest college honors in Computer-Science (with special emhpasis on information security and computer systems) from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Eidan Elbaz, VP Markting
Eidan Elbaz overseas our marketing and sales operations in north America. Eidan moved to California back in 2001, and settled in Monterey where he attended school at California State University Monterey Bay. After graduating with a B.S. Degree in computer systems, Eidan moved to San Diego, California where he currently resides.

Eidan is an entrepreneur with over 12 years of experience in the information technology industry. He started his career as a technical support staff moved to systems administration, network engineering, and continued with IT management. Among Eidan's extensive past employers prior to joining B&C Advanced Solutions LTD are Streamload Inc., California State University Monterey Bay, NaturalTrends LTD, iWeb LTD, E.C.I. Telecom, Shani Technologies, The Israeli Air Force, and MSN Israel. Eidan is currently involved with business development, marketing and investment.

Eidan met Ariel and Eran while attending high school in 1995. Since their early years, the common passion for computers, technology, and entrepreneurship was quite apparent. And so, a long, deep, and solid friendship was established.
